Shared Birthday and shopping at Goodwill

It has been a busy two weeks. Once we got back from Orlando I had to go back to work. I didn’t get to any crafting at all last week and today was the first day I had time to make any cards. Here is a quick card I made for a friend who needed a “shared” birthday card. He and his 82 year old cousin share a birthday and he wanted something special. I hope he likes it! The butterflies are punched from some pages out of a book I bought at Goodwill. I thought the borders in the fairy tale book were so bright and colorful that I bought the book with the idea of using the pages for cards and embellishments. I bought a couple of other books at Goodwill and I will be sharing more creations soon. Thanks for stopping by today.

This is so stunning. There’s so many elements to love about it. Love the Goodwill butterflies and the way you combined the cuttlebug backgrounds. That ribbon is perfect. Such a beautiful card.
